Emily Apartment Downtown

The apartments were spacious and clean, we were very close to the ski lift which was super convenient. The owner was lovely and very responsive!

The pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable

Good location, close to the gondola, clean

• Not suitable for four adults – The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. • The heating is via the AC, which is both noisy and dries the air. • The windows and exterior door do not close properly, allowing cold air to enter the room.

- the apartment is close to ski gondola and the commercial area of Bansko full with shops, restaurants, ATM's - the apartment is decently clean and is formed from 1 separated bedroom and and a a living room with kitchen facilities - the heat is given exclusively by air conditioner - the parking is free of charge if you can find a spot on the apartment side, the river side is a paid parking

- in the bathroom there is a shower and a tub but for both the water pressure is very low ( so as a girl if you want to wash your hair is going to be hard and difficult ) - the towels are clean, but kind of thin

The apartment was on the quiet side of Bansko which was perfect for us, yet less than 5mins walk and you're at the main gondola. We were on the top floor so benefited from the amazing views of the mountains. The apartment was lovely and warm and homely. Owner communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

Not a problem for us but the lift was out of action when we visited, so those having trouble walking would struggle, then again you probably wouldn't be on a ski holiday anyhow 😉

The apartment is close to ski gondola - about 5 mins walk. It is situated in a rather big complex. Self check-in worked fine. It is a quiet area, good for families. There is a small grocery store at the corner of the apartment complex.

Sofa-bed was a bit small for two. Trash was left in the bin from previous rentals. Free public parking next to the building was all occupied. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and nice and the location is very good.

Good location and spacious apartment with most required facilities

No elevator (although mentioned in the advert), really inconvenient, especially with ski equipment. No ski storage at the property. No cleaning service, not even enough toilet paper. Not so easy to park, unclear government policies and no private parking space at the property. A bit noisy ACs
