Clean , warm and quiet place. Parkin spot is present near the location.

1.Missing exhaust hood above the stove, so if you cook , you have to open all living room windows. 2. The 2 x dressings in the bedroom are old and falling appart. 3. Gas boiler is old and makes a lot of noise when in operation.
