Needs improvement in room heating

Very Clean comfortable apartment and an very friendly helpful host. The apartment had everything you could need for preparing and cooking your own meals. There was a lovely breakfast basket which lasted most of our stay (2 adults 1 child for four days). Coffee, tea and condiments in cupboard and milk in the fridge. Isabelle checked to make sure we had everything we needed (which we most certainly did). Isabelle also let us store our bags and use the apartment till our flight as the apartment was not booked out that day. Finally, as it was a public holiday the day we were leaving the bus timetables were different to normal, Isabelle went through them and sent us screenshots of the buses that would get us to the airport in time.

I loved the apartment's convenient location near Porta Nuova railway station, providing excellent access to public transport. The city centre was within walkable distance, as was the river Po. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was very comfortable (I read in come of the reviews posted here that the old bed wasn't very comfy and it squeaked, I assure you this new bed is excellent). The host was welcoming and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment's balcony was a delightful spot for morning coffee.

The apartment doesn't have a lot of natural light. The neighbourhood where the apartment is located is a bit creepy at night. The WiFi was weak and my phone and laptop kept getting disconnected.
