Clean room, great location, very responsible host

The resort is in quiet, remote golf area, about 15 min drive from Bansko. In 2 km range there are amazing Pirin mountains with both marked and unmarked trails to explore. The view from the apartment was on the opposite side, but still beautiful, on the nearby Rila mountains. The place is touristic, but relatively quiet - I slept like a baby through the whole stay. The resort has a good looking garden and an outdoor pool (didn't use it though). There is a sauna free of charge. The WiFi is not very bad.

The apartment and the whole resort look pretty old and unmaintained, with many broken or dirty things around. The restaurant offers tasteless food (that's a common problem around - the only place I can recommend is the Queens Pub). The sauna is not very bad, but stinks a lot due to local culture of not using towels. I think I have never stayed in such a dirty flat - the dishes had literary some thick food stain, there was 1 cm of dust under the bed, nobody even pretended to clean the windows, mirrors, etc. The furniture was full of some useless junk (5 old hair dryers and similar stuff). The first weekend of my stay was still pretty occupied, and I couldn't find a parking spot almost every day.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, con piscina exterior e interior climatizadas, parque, gimnasio y hasta mesa de ping pong. Tiene un restaurante donde dan tanto platos a la carta como buffet a un precio muy bueno. Está bien ubicado para hacer excusiones en el parque nacional de Pirin.

No estaba muy limpio, especialmente el baño. Creo que faltan instrucciones sobre lo que ofrece el resort y cómo funcionan algunos servicios: aunque quizás esto sea obvio para los búlgaros, no lo es para los extranjeros. Sin embargo, en general estuvimos muy bien y fueron temas menores que solucionamos rápidamente y sin problemas con la dueña.
