Bansko front door to the Gondola and town centre

Night club banging out music from 11pm to 4am every night. Not good if you are a light sleeper

Place was large and clean - across the street is tsarski rental so very handy - 4 minute walk to the gondola

Music from jacks could be heard sometimes

It is spacious on a good location, the contact free setup is perfect - no specific check in/out time.

Everything was fine with the apartment. You don't contact with the owner face to face, everything is on WhatsApp.

The owner didn't help with the parking and just disappeared from the chat once we asked what to do when the allocated parking is full.

Location approx one street and 2 small flights of stairs away from the main gondola lift and car park. Enthusiastic host, very police when messaging on whatsapp - good recommendation for ski hire at Tsakaris, just across the road. Spacious apartment for 2 people.

This just isn't a 9* apartment. There were multiple problems and it's okay value, but not cheap enough to excuse them. There are some things you could fix immediately: - fix the broken lights in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The bathroom is very dark, especially behind the shower curtain. - fix the broken shower attachment. It can only be held fixed in one specific position, making it very inconvenient. - have real curtains instead of flimsy material that does not block out the light at all. - provide the real building address instead of a dropped map pin and some photos and videos - all the buildings look very similar after dusk! - better cleanliness, e.g. behind the sofa - it would be nicer to have a screen instead of a shower curtain for cleanliness. - provide more than 1 spare roll of toilet paper - provide washing up liquid (I presume other guests did not clean the dishes properly and only rinsed them, so I was not comfortable using any of the dishes) Also unfortunately because the location is near the lift, it is also near the nightclubs. You can hear the bass till 2am most nights. The building is not very modern so the lift is slow and you need to collect a fob from the flat on arrival in order to use the lift. This is an additional inconvenience and there is only one fob. There is nowhere to store skis and boots and boards etc.
