Downtown Alexander Services Apartments

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and fully equiped. Also provides enough space for 2-3 persons. It is located 5 min walk to ski gondola and 15 min walk to old city center. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It was very easy to comunicate with the host and someone came to give us the key at the property. At the ground floor it is a supermaket open untill late hours.

There was no wi-fi at the apartment. There was a working router, you can connet to it, but there is no internet. Also there is no private or free parking. You can park on the street but is a paid public parking. It costs 1,2 leva per hour, maxim 12 leva per day, since it is paid only between 08:00 - 18:00 every day. It can be paid by sms only for bulgarian mobile networks clients. Otherwise you have to pay at the parking booth and you receive parking tickets. I rated only 8, because it would not be fair to rate it the same as other properties that offer free wi-fi and private parking.

The apartment is close to the ski resort, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We took 1 bedroom apartment that was a bit small for us, as we were 4 persons and the couch in the living room is not that big..

Elevator was not working, the apartment was on the 4th floor. And it was really hard to carry ski equipment every day back and forth upstairs.

We spent a phenomenal vacation with family and friends. The apartments are warm and spacious for a family vacation. The location is excellent near the gondola and the center. We are coming again for sure.

Bed in the living room is a bit heavy.

The property is really big and comfy. It has a lot of room space, two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. It is near the gondola lift (5-7 minutes by foot), and at the same time is away from the noise and crowd of the city center. You can get to the center in 15-20 mins by foot.

I didn't like the communication with the host. If I haven't called the host to ask how will I get the key, I guess the host wouldn't call me to tell me. There is lack of communication channels with the host (no viber, no whatsapp or anuthing), you will have to call the host and pay some international minutes for the call. Also there was a lot of dust in the apartment, it was relatively clean but there was a lot of dust on the sofa, wardrobes, curtains...
