TRNAPT Torino Apartments PORTA SUSA

Very clean, friendly helpful owner & staff, quiet environment.

No place in the building to put the bicycle, but the friendly owner gave us the adress from a 5min walk away parkinggarage where we could leave them safe for 10 Euro.

Location, the space and Sylvia got any request sorted immediately. Cleanliness was perfect and the apartment was everything we wished for.

The street noise was a bit of a nuisance at times. Triple glazing would resolve this. However, the hostess is not to blame. It’s just a fact of living in a city.

In very good location, big, tidy room with all necessary equipments.

Near the metro station. To get to the room you need to access 1 main gate and 1 main door, feels more secure. Silvia was very friendly and helpful!

My Stay at the TRNAPT was awesome. Silvia was very responsive and went way beyond herself to help me in getting a new charger I forgot on the plane. She ordered one for me and had it in my room by the time I arrived at the place. I was in the Martini room, which is truly a cozy room, with a small kitchenette, a big shower, and a very comfortable bed. Check-in was super easy despite a late arrival due to a 76min delay of the train. Overall, an outstanding experience and service. Thank you Silvia for everything!

there was nothing that I didn't like

Very clean, great location and the host was amazing. The blow dryer worked great. There is a washing machine and drying rack. The terrace is cute. The location is also fantastic.
