Una perla nel centro di Torino

UNA VERGUENZA QUE NO DIGAN QUE SON 6 PISOS POR ESCALERA TENGO PROBLEMAS EN UNA PIERNA,POR LO CUAL DE SABERLO NO LO HUBIERA CONTRATADO TIENEN QUE ACLARARLO EN SU PUBLICACION

L'appartamento è molto carino e fresco grazie al climatizzatore. Buonissimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. La posizione è centralissima, eccezionale!

L'unico inconveniente, che segnalo solo x chi ha problemi di deambulazione, è la scomodità del quinto piano senza ascensore, ma d'altronde gli appartamenti al centro di Torino sono storici e spesso non ne consentono strutturalmente l'impianto.

Position is super. The room is little and cozy; very clean and perfect for two people. All facilities are available.

The bed is not so comfy The door handle falls off. The jet of water from the sink was not sufficient

The apartment is located in the heart of the old part of the city. Everything is nearby, the tourist center is nearby, the grocery store is also nearby. a couple of stops and the famous market. The apartment had everything you need for a stay. We received the keys well in advance of check-in which was great. when we arrived, it started to snow. and the apartment was already air-conditioned. there is also a warm blanket. The hostess was always in touch, answered and helped with advice about the city.

I don't think there was anything bad. about the bath, it's small, but I don't need a big one.

The location was fantastic. The AC worked well which was really important because the weather was very hot. The Wifi was good once it was connected (I think it was the 3rd day by the time it was working - nobody let me know that it had been fixed and I discovered it by checking myself). The towels were great.

The bed was awful - sunken in the middle and had polyester sheets, which were unsuitable in the heat so I didn't sleep well. Felt ungenerous - 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for an 8 day stay, no washing up liquid, only about 4 coffee pods for the machine, no welcoming pack (map and information for the guest to take into the city) apart from a few recommendations on the map on the wall. I think that it should be clearly stated that it is on the 5th floor rather than a vague mention that 'higher levels don't have a lift'. The bathroom should be stated as very small - for a pregnant woman or a large person it could be dangerous. It wouldn't take much to fix these minor issues. Then it would be good value and get much higher ratings.
