Location absolutely great place

The apartment is in a great location. Not on a drive-through street which was very nice. The place itself was very clean and had everything you need along with washer/dryer which we needed. Kitchenette was equipped with the essentials and our room was large. We were traveling with 2 small kids so they stayed in the pull-out couch. Both beds were also VERY comfortable which was a great treat! The bathroom was big and quite modern compared to other places we have stayed. All well equipped and spacious. TV was working which was a huge plus as the weather was a bit off the days we were there and having younger kids, that was a great thing :)

We arrived on a Friday and were so happy to find that there was an elevator, seeing as though the place is on the 4th floor. It's not a big deal but after you spend all day walking around with small kids, the last thing you want is to go up 4 flights. SO, elevator was a great thing HOWEVER...the next morning (Saturday), the elevator stopped working :( I had mentioned this to one of the managers and he didn't say anything about it. After talking to some local people I was told that some places do this - they turn off elevators to conserve power!!!!! how upset are we now??? So now we are having to deal with stairs and small kids complaining all the way. Now I will take you to how the apartment actual functions. They have a key fog to turn on the place. Yes, you need to stick the key fob, which is wired to the keys and place it into a slot at the front door. The key needs to be in the slot to have all your power, A/C, WiFi, etc on. SO....what happens when your husband or wife wants to go downstairs to get a coffee or something else? WELL, they have to take the keys which leaves everyone in the place without any power, AC, WiFi, etc....I contacted the owners about it and they said it was a way to conserve power as "many Americans leave the AC on all the time". I get it, but I asked for the combination to unlock the key fob from the house keys and this could not be done. They said, after MANY texts, that they can give us another set, which took a whole day to get. Mind you, at this time I am not just talking to one person, I am talking to THREE different people about the same issue at the same time. This tells me they were not communication with each other as they asked me the same questions :/ So I spent a lot of my time texting different people and trying to figure out a better solution. All this just took the relaxation out of our stay and now having to walk the stairs just made our stay a little bitter.

The location of this apartment is simply amazing, you are really in the center of Torino!! the staff is friendly and very responsive. Moreover the style of the apartment is really really beautiful!

The apartment was a bit cold.

Wonderful appartement, located right in the middle of Turin. The bed is super cosy and the living room nicely designed. We will definitively come back!
