La posizione indubbiamente è il punto forte di questa struttura, anche la tranquillità e la sicurezza, in quanto posizionata all'interno di un cortile

La pulizia è risultata scadente, il bagno non era pulito adeguatamente. Le camere da letto piccole, soprattutto una che praticamente per accedervi o si passava dal bagno o dall'altra camera.

Speravamo in qualcosa di meglio, in accoglienza, comfort, biancheria, pulizia generale ecc. Appartamento non semplice da raggiungere e non porprio intuitivo da raggiungere (5 chiavi per porte e portoni). Peccato, perché la casa era potenzialmente molto bella e soprattutto ben posizionata, però, in virtù anche di un prezzo non economicissimo, auspicavamo qualcosa in più
