Excellent location, bang right in the city centre a stone’s thrown from all the sightseeing you could wish for.

The flat was really dirty, especially the bathroom (which is only one- one shower in the corridor) and also the kitchen. Cleaning needs to massively improve!!! Bedrooms are tiny and not like the pictures, very misleading. There is no privacy as the bedrooms are interconnected and you can hear everything! The lift is tiny, it fits one person and as we had a stroller it was really unpractical for us. The towels provided are old, rough and smelly - bring your own. Not pleasant to use at all. Summarising, not very good value for money, especially for longer stays.

Excelent location. Good guest service. Good shower. Two toilets (although one was very small).

Cleanliness could be improved (we had to clean the shower floor-drain because on day one it was already clogged with hair). Beds could be more comfortable. Too many keys to handle in the key-ring, many of which were not stricly necessary, making it difficult to know which keys should be used (it can be seen as a safety measure, but it is also a challenge for the guests).

the location of the building is difficult to find a parking for cars.
