La posizione

La pulizia. L'indispensabile è mediamente pulito, ma basta spostare lo sguardo sui termosifoni, sui mobili della cucina, sul marmetto del bagno dietro al lavandino, in cucina... Arrivate, il lavandino perdeva moltissimo, il giorno dopo il gestore ha mandato un idraulico che ha risolto il problema, anche se continuava a otturarsi il lavello della cucina. Il box doccia è vecchissimo e si chiude con difficoltà. Il materasso è scomodo, ci si affonda dentro, problema segnalato. Terribile il fatto che occorra prendere le chiavi per il self check-in in un posto completamente diverso, in un palazzo buio che, di sera, incute anche timore. La biancheria è vecchia. Estremamente mansardato, parte del letto è nella parte in cui il soffitto è estremamente basso, quindi occorre fare molta attenzione

Me gusta la localización y la tranquilidad de la zona

Debe mejorar mucho la limpieza, te exigen salir a las 10:00h supuestamente para limpiar, pero la limpieza es algo deficiente en este apartamento. Por otro lado, la luz de la cocina no funciona, tienen una lampara que tampoco funciona, las sartenes para cocinar están quemadas, y la fregona pide a gritos un recambio.

Location is excellent - that is the only advantage.

Room stank of cigarette smoke, we were never able to get rid of the smell despite opening the windows as much as we could. Cleaning was done only superficially; the appartment is actually quite dirty. We got some strange bumps on our skin, we suspect bed mites. When we mentioned all this to the host, all he said was "I will reprimand the cleaning lady". Poor lady...maybe pay her enough so that she has time to clean properly?

Very nice and cosy, nice location, good for the price

The place was bit cold, didn't notice that the place didn't offer WiFi, so that was a bit of a surprise, but since I didn't need any internet it wasn't a problem

The location was perfect for my necessities and it was in a silent building

The cleaning was poor, a little uncomfy the low roof, the kitchen was low equipped and the bed wasn't really comfy. Also there was only one working lamp, for the other lights the button wasn't working...
