Located in a courtyard, so very quiet. Modern style with a lot of facilities. Spacious apartment.

The bathroom door was quite creaky and the bathroom fan was quite noisy, so it was difficult to sneak in a bathroom visit during the night. Additionally it was difficult to turn on the light of a specific area of the room, so ideally both people get up at the same time.
