Ormea Street

Apartment is in great location, close to restaurants as well as the Porta Nuova train station. There's space in the apartment to stretch out a bit. Communication with Paul was great and he met me at the apartment to provide me the keys and a few details about the apartment. The kitchenette has everything one might need, and there is a clothes rack for drying.

The washing machine didn't/doesn't work despite the listing saying one was available. The apartment is also located on the ground floor, right next to the front door so you can hear people coming and going. The distance between the ceiling and the floor of the loft is about 160 cm so not great for tall people.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, the location is very good. The bed was comfortable. Paul was expecting us at arrival to give us the keys. The apartment has all neccessary facilities. Paul left us a bottle of wine and lots of mineral water, as well as snacks and coffee capsules for the breakfast.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, right at the entrance to the condominium, and the door from the building entrance makes a lot of noise, which is disturbing.
