Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable apartment.

The location is perfect, everything that you need is a couple minutes walk, such as shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host is amazing, he will help you with everything in the shortest amount of time. I will definitely stay in this apartment for my next visit :)

We had a great time staying at Baba's place! He is a fabulous host, speaking great English, communicating instantly, polite, attentive to your needs and helpful on every occasion. He even kept our backpacks after check-out in storage room and helped us to carry them to the bus stop. Very appreciated! Appartement is new & spotless, made with great attention to every detail (like the host itself) and includes all kitchen appliances (microwave oven for heating, yes!). It may be smaller but it's very cosy, we were a family of 4 with 2 small children and managed three days without any compromise. We loved the bed's matress too and bathroom with real shower. . Location is great with several grocery shops around the block, park and beach is in close walking distance,. Nearby the appartement you can even get Batumi transport card for free at the office (55 Vakhtang Gorgasali St) and have a lunch at the family restaurant just one house down from there. Thank you Baba again for everything, your service was the best we received during our stay in Georgia!

It was one of the best stay ever. The host was incredibly friendly. He contacted us 2 days before our stay and we discussed the best way to get keys. The apartment is new with modern design. It’s comfortable and have all you need for your stay. If we come next time to Batumi it will be a really great to stay here one more time.

My plans changed and I booked the apartment a few hours before the end of the day. Even though it was late, they responded in 5 minutes and welcomed and accommodated me at that time. The apartment is in the city center, in a very cute neighborhood. It is a quiet place, there are restaurants open until late hours, and a 24-hour market 10 meters away. Even if you arrive late, you will find something to eat. Also, the host had left light snacks, tea, coffee, sugar and water in the apartment. As for the apartment, it is very clean and new. It has all the things you need. Even I could live in this apartment for months. Things are placed in the apartment in such a way that there is enough space and the you feel comfortable. Colors, materials, everything is well chosen and comfortable. The bed is orthopedic and linens, the towels are clean and smells good. The manager is responsible, I told him that I had a deep sleep problem and asked him to wake me up in the morning or I would be late for the flight. The second I said it, he knocked on the door, helped me with a taxi to take me to the airport. I thank you for doing your job so responsibly, fairly and honorably. It is a gift to see such an apartment and such responsible people in Batumi. Thank you for everything. I will come back again and recommend you to my all friends.
