Location excellent

Layout of living area could be improved by removing the high tables but that's a very minor issue

The property was good had everything you needed

The entrance needs highlighting better we had difficulty finding it

Location was fabulous Very clean apartment

Very poor sewerage system Drains were blocked in toilet and shower which restricted us for almost a full day Plumber had to be called

The balcony is closed in a bit like being in jail unless u stand up all time see over the wall . Very hard to find. The shower overflowing with sewage when the sink emptied or flushed toilet . And no we didn't put any paper etc down the toilet as its stated . Would not stay again

The description doesn’t reflect the property at all. It is dated, not as clean as it should be and one bedroom window opens straight on to the road and the other onto an area of rubbish.

This was our 3rd time staying in the apartment . The location is ideal next to Biosfera shopping centre. The nearest beach Playa Chica is 10 min walk down the hill through the old town. The apartment is spacious , nice open kitchen and good size bedrooms. We like to cook ourselves and the kitchen more than facilitates . Host is always close by and someone came to give us the keys upon arrival . We requested that they meet us and that was no problem . The apartment was perfectly clean each time with enough towels to share amongst ourselves. Washing machine is present and good fridge. We will be booking our January stay very soon again.

We could not stay longer ! But will be back soon.
