We, particularly liked the location, it was in between the old town and the strip, it’s also very close to the beach. It was clean, had air-conditioning and a safe and a small balcony

The balcony didn’t get the Sun until late afternoon, but apart from that I thought it very good and would stay again

The apartment was perfect! It's in a great location and is in walking distance of the beach and main street with restaurants and bars. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. We would certainly stay again.

This is my favourite location, short walk from the Old Town and short walk from the "Strip". There is now a large supermarket within 5 mins walk in a new shopping centre called SOCO. There are two smaller older ones within a stones throw but for a first stock up on arrival the new big one is good. When I booked this apartment I had only major concern which was the noise from such a busy street as both windows faced it. So the window has a shutter of sorts on the outside(s) and when that it closed as well you wouldn't know you were even on a major road. With the ceiling fans and A/C in the living area we never needed to open a window. It was 29c most day and 21c at night. Apartment has, we'd say, everything you'd need. Kitchen fully stocked with importantly a kettle(microwave/utensils etc), bathroom has a hair dryer which you can move to another room where one has a very large mirror. From the pictures you already know it's modern and nicely decorated and it is. The TV is a Smart TV with Wifi in the apartment as well. You can link your Youtube,Netflix,Prime,Disney etc on the TV. I see the apartment scores low for Wifi. We had perfect Wifi and a perfect connection whilst there. Why would you chose the area? We always choose around Playa Chica and people ask us why. 5 mins up the hill is the Biosphea shopping centre(Zara, Bershka, Levis, Guess and more) and also our favourite bars, 5-10 walk west and you're in the old town with bars and restaurants and 5-10 east along the strip and you begin the long line of bars and restaurants. For us we never have to take a taxi anywhere but we see people every day queuing for taxis. For tours around the island one of the pick up points is literally across the road. Hiring a car? Parking around is free. It's not ample but we were never more than a 5 mins walk from the door to the car. We WILL book this again!
