Appartment was very comfy everything we needed was there nice bottle of wine and water in the fridge waiting for us ,nice balcony and views ,spacious appartment ,great location , very secure key needed to enter and exit appartment grounds ,pool and surroundings all nice tidy and clean ,location is perfect we have stayed in la penita 3 times now and will return again hopefully,the location is perfect close to all bars and restaurants ,beach is 2 min walk away

The location was fantastic

Didn’t get cleaned at all for a whole week..and also rubbish not emptied. The shower housing was broken and the head was just hung over the taps. we had to have a hand held shower for a couple of days(not popular with my teenage daughter)

Great location! Nice finishing touches..... bottle of wine left for us on arrival 😊 Everything you need, was provided (spare toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee) the owner also greeted us on arrival and gave us 2 bottles of water. Will definitely be booking again!

The bin truck came round at 6am every morning to empty the big communal bins, take some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. No air con, so very warm at night! Plenty of shops rent fans, so not a massive issue.
