Hyggeligt sted. Great value. Garden is great.

Everything was just great, bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious enough and very clean and new. Kitchen was also clean and had everything we needed. Patio was also very nice but we didn’t use it because it was too cold outside to sit for more then a couple of minutes.

Air conditioning was on max but still it was cold for the first few hours we were in the apartment.

It was just short- transit stay but apartament is great. You have all you need for short & long stay. It is pet friendly. Garden is great plus. Would come back.

It was a nice spacious studio apartment with lots of parking available. It was 2 kms from the historic center of Udine in a quiet residential area. Serena was a very communicative host who even organized for breakfast to be dropped off early on the last day.

It would have been good to have an iron and ironing board. Also, it would have been good to have a bit more information about Udine and recommendations for meals, things to do in English.

The guesthouse is in a quiet area where there is very little traffic in the evening. From the terrace of the house you can admire the stars and listen to the crickets. The host is friendly and very helpful.

Spotless, just perfectly clean. Otherwise also very nice, easy check-in, good communication. No issues whatsoever. Can fully recommend.

Serena was a fantastic host, the apartment is perfect for a short stay even with children. City center is a 25 minute walk away.
