Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και ζεστό! Οι συσκευές καινούριες. Καλόγουστα διακοσμημένο.

Ήσυχη περιοχή, άνετο παρκάρισμα και κοντά στον περιφεριακό δρόμο με άνετη πρόσβαση στο Πήλιο αλλά και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το Διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο και ο κος Γιάννης φιλικός, συνεπής και εξυπηρετικός.

Upon arriving I have been charged for additionally 8 Euro per day, for some ”climate change tax”, which was not mentioned anywhere while booking. I have been many times in Greece, and I used a lot of accommodations over Booking.com and every additional fee was stated in the offer. So, if you want to book this accommodation, calculate on additionally hidden costs of 8 Euro per day.

Volos is nice little town.

Very bad experience, the owner kept coming, asking to be paid extra costs even though it was not indicated on booking.com. Additionally, he asked us not to turn on the air conditioner and to create a draft. There was no hot water, and as for the parking lot, there is no parking lot, but you park on the street where there are many cats who climb on cars and cause scratches and damage. Horror

We stayed one night before the ferry to Sporades. The apartment is large, has everything you need, about a 10 minute drive to the port. There is some parking on the street. The owner was very kind, guiding us to restaurants, shops, etc.

The 8 euro per night climate tax, but that can be attributed to the Greek state, not the owner.

+The apartment was clean, very spacious, 2 balconies , comfy beds. +Due to the 2 balconies we could create like a natural AC effect so the temperature was always cool inside the apartment. +The hosts are very friendly, the lady could even speak a bit of romanian. +The location was good enough, close to stores and markets, close to highway surrounding Volos - so we could easily get around +The neighborhood was very clean, safe and quiet, ~20min walking distance to the port , and less to other tavernas or city center +Parking , with some luck Infront of the apartment , else I could find all the time 1 min away from apartment on an empty street.

- the apartment is a bit overdecorated with dolls , plush toys and personal objects, but in the end we ignore it since we were not spending too much time inside
