This us a very well appointed property on a nice quiet street with easy parking out front. The kitchen has all the necessities and supermarkets are near by. There is even a small outdoor seating area out back with clothes lines and a friendly cat out front. We got to meet the owner and his very nice family as they live nearby. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

We have stayed in 6 Airbnb's and 1 VRBO and Le Petit Jardin is the by far the CLEANEST, well equipped, beautifully decorated, quiet and spacious place we have stayed. Sortirius and his wife Christina were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment is large and has 2 seating areas out back (we got in late so we did not use them). The breakfast was lovely: every kind of fresh fruit you could imagine: peaches, kiwi, apples, oranges, avocados, pears. Cold milk in the frig with butter and cheese and honey and melba toast. Fresh cereal dispensers, coffee maker, Nespresso maker, etc. Lots of hot water and easy parking. Sotirious made a reservation for us at Manoli's Poplar along the waterfront. Food was delicious and the owner gave us some complimentary desserts which were also lovely! If you are spending time in Volos (the waterfront and town look lovely even though we did not explore much) stay at Le Petit Jardin!

Very nice location; clean, with a small yard in the back; even had a little breakfast included with everything needed in the kitchen; plenty of space, and the owner was very nice! We highly recommend it. Plenty to see and do in the area as well, just 2 minutes’ walk from a supermarket. Very quiet neighborhood.

Our staying for 2 nights was great. We had everything nice rooms garden big kitchen hot water washing machine. Wifi.

Location i can say its a bit far from center. Need a car . And the b2 rooms have no AC and you have to leave the doors open so the AC from living room can cool you. And one in the passage hall. I guess was technical issues to install them in the rooms so they did it like this. Any way the whole apartment was cooling by these 2 AC Part from that everything was great.

Everything was great! The large and very comfortable apartment is very clean, with quality equipment, it has everything you need. Sotiros, our host, also left us products for breakfast: tea, coffee, cereals, jam, butter, bread, lots of fruit. We loved the back terrace, unfortunately we only stayed one night. We hope to come back for more days, Volos and its surroundings are very attractive for a holiday. Thanks for everything, Sotiros!
