I booked for 2 weeks. My wife was pregnant and I had made this clear to the owner before my arrival. This accommodation is old! There is no TV, an old sofa where there are bedbugs on the sofa and the bed. The sofa is sharp and hurts in some places. This is neither a studio nor an apartment, it is a room where a half partition has been installed to fool gullible tourists based on the photos. There are no blinds in the apartment! You have to be up from sunrise. The apartment is infested with mosquitoes and rats that come from an abandoned building next to the apartment. You can see in the photos. During checkout, she came into the apartment at 10:50 without saying a word, threatening to leave us and making racist remarks! We were packing our bags and had paid €2,030 in cash for 14 nights. We were treated like shit because we were a black couple. Apart from all the shortcomings of this apartment, I strongly advise against it! Its owner is an animal who has no respect for human dignity.

I must concede the bed was cheap nasty and felt as if I was in a dorm in a frat house. The only other issue was getting into the building via a buzz by someone on the other end of a chat feed. Get a lock box or remote door opener for guests as the key was to old for the lock, time to upgrade that for sure. Easy fix.

Beautiful and airy. Had all we needed for our five night stay. We even worked out that if we went down hill to the metro in the morning we could ride back to Maque station in the evening. This meant we could walk down hill to the apartment. The cafe on the corner did good local dishes. All in all a great stay.

Slight smell in the bathroom. Extraction wasn’t working.

La ubicación está bien porque tiene una estación de metro que te acerca al centro en 5-7’. Y el apartamento es muy bonito.

El menaje de la cocina; es escasísimo, no había ni bayetas, las compré yo. Y pocos platos, tazas y cubiertos. Tampoco tenía lavadora, pero imagino que de eso no me di cuenta yo al hacer la reserva. El sofá es incómodo.

The property was nice but it was disorganized broken towel racks broken couch and I found peanuts in the couch from the people before. The bed wasn’t great it was a steal frame jail kinda bed. Disappointed at them for not even apologizing and also Bookings for not letting me sign out. I’m never booking here again.

Piękne wnętrze, bardzo dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu metra, cicha i spokojna okolica. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, nawet w podstawowe przyprawy! Bardzo miło się tu mieszkało

Brak klimatyzacji to jedyny minus. Ale przy chłodniejszych nocach i wentylatorze też dało się radę
