It was a bit dusty

The studio apartment looks quite new and was certainly very, very clean. Any requests for things were immediately seen to very convivially. The location is in the old town where there are lots of character tavernas and coffee shops which makes it a wonderful place to walk around and sample different places. It's in a VERY CONVENIENT location near the KTEL Intercity, KTEL Local and the Tourism Information Centre, as well as several very well stocked supermarkets.

A few more kitchen items such as cutting boards, good kitchen knives and maybe a small microwave would help. But you can get by with what is there.

The clean amenities and easy communication with the hostess, make it a delightful choice. Whether you’re exploring the city or seeking a cozy retreat, Mary’s Studio is a VFM choice.

Downstairs, you’ll find student-friendly bars and restaurants that buzz with activity. If you thrive on the energy of city life, this vibrant ambiance will be invigorating. However, if you seek absolute tranquility, consider bringing earplugs to ensure peaceful rest during peak hours.

The location is great. There was free water and coffee. The father of the owner was super kind and polite. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and the shower was decent.

The sofa bed was ultra uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep on. The sides had wooden planks sticking out which were super painful, while the middle part was lowered (you are sinking into it) probably due to overuse. Overall it's impossible to sleep on it if you have even mild back problems. Also, the studio is right above clubs. The music is super loud and unbearable until almost 4 AM. The intercom was also not working properly and we could hear the club music through it. We had to tape the intercom with some sticky tape in order to lower the noise coming out of it. The sink in the bathroom was clogged almost every single day for no reason (neither of us have long hair). Most likely it remained clogged from the previous tenants. There was also no place to put any of our clothes. Not even a small cabinet. Overall it was a bad experience. There are so many reviews about this sofa and the owner did absolutely nothing.
