The apartment was brilliant - has the coziness of your own house, clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and helpful. The location was also perfect - close enough to the city center but also calm and quiet, with a perfect parking spot . We will be coming back and recommending this place, for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at BRILLIANT HOUSE! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a large terrace perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal — peaceful but convenient. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, which makes it easy to unwind, yet it's still within walking distance to the city centre and Saint Konstantinos Park - we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants (tsiporadika), shops, and the waterfront. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend BRILLIANT HOUSE to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely return on my next visit!

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the pillows were a bit too high for one of the guests' personal preferences - a bigger choice in pillow sizes would have made the sleep absolutely perfect. But that’s just a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience.

the accommodation is very nice. the space was clean, well maintained and with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary things, towels in the rooms, but also hair dryer and iron. I recommend this accommodation, but I draw attention to the beach full of stones, being an unanimated beach; I drove every day for an hour or even an hour and 40 minutes on the highway to reach a wild beach or a resort with a well-kept beach, taverns and stalls

The apartment was everything we needed! Fully equipped, large, clean, great balcony and very close to the center and port! The host was so kind and we had such a warm welcome, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for everything

This large and spacious apartment, within walking distance to both the center and the beach, offers an amazing terrace with a view of the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and start your day. Plus, it's great that it's suitable for animals—I'll definitely be returning again!

Apartment is big, bright, clean, and very well supplied with everything a familiy needs. It felt like a second home. It is in a quiet part of Volos, but the center is only 8 minute walk away.

Very clean apartment in a quite new house. Good space for a family, too. Big, cozy terrace. Calm street, not much traffic.
