The location was excellent, on a quiet road which is less than 5 mins walk from the central market square. The views across Ypres and the aspect of the rooms was exceptional. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed. This is definately a wonderful little apartment for a stay, certainly for a couple or 4 people. Note, room 2 is on a mezzanine floor above the living room but is private, comfy and has amazing views.

Very high standard of comfort, decoration and cleanliness. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Lift in the premises was unexpected but really useful. The location is minutes walk from the station and the town centre.

A little milk in the apartment would have been useful so that we could make tea/coffee as we arrived in the evening so had not had time to shop.

The second bedroom was on a mezzanine so not much privacy. This didn’t bother us but might be an issue for other groups.

Great central location perfect for Belgium and a short 10 min walk to the menin gate. Easy to find good parking on the street outside. The host is lovely and was easy to exchange keys for getting in. Great open air feeling to the apartment and the views of the museum and church are amazing from the top floor bedroom.

A smart and distinctive two bedroom loft apartment in central Ypres within easy walking distance of the town square and historic sights. Very comfortable aparment with good views over the rooftops. Easy access via a private lift and good security. No issue parking in the street outside.

Nothing of issue.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Good facilities but there’s no oven, just a microwave. The beds were large and very comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom light was quite dull which was a struggle for one of the guests with a sight condition.
