The host family were super friendly right from the beginning till the end, the place was very clean and had all the required essentials to stay. They were super friendly and greeted us with home made sweet, liquor, chocolates and fruits. It was my friend's birthday on one of the day we stayed there and they gave a cute present to her and also souvenir of Crotia as a gifts to us at the end which was the nicest gesture. They have a very beautiful and animal friendly surroundings. Highly recommended..! We would like to stay at the same place if we visit the Zadar city again..This place is located very near to the city center and in a walkable distance to the old town ,beach and bus station. Perfect place to stay in and feel like home.

Everything about the apartment is on highest quality. I would recommend to everybody. Close to main bus station. Super nice hosts. Near beach. Close by big supermarket. Silent neighborhood. Modern apartment.

No such thing.

We travel a lot but we never met such kind and hospitable hosts. We could arrive earlier as we had an early flight ad we could leave later as return flight was at midnight. As other guests have already written- apartments are nice, fully equipped, you can cook your own food. We also received welcome gift and good-bye gift. It is super close to supermarket Spar and to bus station ( also buses from airport stop there). To old town is just 10-15 minutes on foot. There is also a place for a car to park. Thank you Lucija- you are really amazing <3

Very good quality, convenient apartment. Main bus station, big supermarket and the beach are reachable in 10 minutes by foot. Extremely nice and friendly hosts ready to help at any time. Every tiny practical detail is thought of. To sum up - look no further, this is a great option.

There is good reason the reviews are 10, the apartment is spotless and lovely and the hosts are so welcoming. From arrival gifts, help with the language and advice + we also enjoyed their ripe pomegranates etc. The bed is lovely and comfortable and the shower is amazing. Kolovare beach is just 5 minutes away meaning a dip is possible easily. If you are happy walking, like us, the far end of Zadar old town (Sea Organ and to the Greeting to the Sun) is about 1.5 miles away (half hour) and a lovely walk whichever route. Quiet neighbourhood and a hyper-Spar is closer than five minutes as is the recommended 'Kuzina' restaurant - they take cards, but be aware not everywhere does. Absolutely loved our stay. Thank you for the gifts!

Nothing not to like - excellent location, facilities and hosts, faultless!

Very comfortable and spacious apartments. Parking on site. Easy to get into and out of town and the walk into the old town is quick and enjoyable. Hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. Gifts were much appreciated.

Everything. The location was great, the apartment was spotless, and hosts were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Even gave us gifts of fruit, chocolate and homemade liquor.

Lovely apartment,great location 15 min nice walk to old town and 5 min to the beach, the owners were very friendly, helpful and gave us a present when we arrived and left. We will be back

Owners were so kind and helpful, appartment was clean, well positioned, 5 min from Kolovare beach. Owners helped with carwash and we got present at our leave. Our best experience with appartments we ever had. Highly recommending!

Everything was great!

The landladies are awesome, they welcomed us with home made liqueur, biscuits and fresh fruit from their garden. My daughter enjoyed their company and she also cuddled the family's cats. The place is wonderful, near Kolovare Beach, there's also a very good restaurant nearby called Kuzina. The balcony overlooks the garden and is very peaceful. Everything in the apartment is clean, cosy and useful. We had the best time ever!
