I liked really much the location, this apartment is really close to the monuments and gardens of Zadar old town. Me and my girlfriend were able on the first day to see all the monuments in the old town in around 1 hour on foot. Another point was the apartment, it was very comfortable and well equipped, we could perfectly cook for us in 3 days 😁😁 also on the drawers there were some maps and guides, so that we could prepare our trip plans around Zadar. And a hint (visit Preko, the beaches there are beautifull, you can get the ferrys outside of the old town)

The only think that I found a little bit discomfortable is the smell in the hall when you get into the building (this smell is only when you are in the staircase, inside in the apartment, it is all good and it is good isolated). I think this could be due to the amount of cats around

Great location, shops and restaurants just 15 meters away. Fruit and vegetable market every morning. Close to the beach and mainland (15 minute walk). Generous amount of clean towels and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

The tableware felt outdated and used (especially the cut board). There were some stains left from previous guests suggesting that they hadn’t been cleaned properly before our arrival. The apartment is ground level so there’s no patio or balcony.

The location was great, situated in the old town of Zadar. There were many restaurants close by to the accommodation. The accommodation is also close to the beach.

The walkway to the accommodation's front door was a bit dirty and smelly as many cats seemed to congregate there in the evenings and do all their business.
