Staying in this property was a pleasure from the beginning. Easy check-in with detailed instructions, easy contact with the owner, apartment on the 1st floor, a cold drink was waiting for us in the kitchen in the fridge which was a nice touch especially after the journey. Check-out was also easy, the apartment is super clean and very nice, the insulation between rooms is very good and 3 AC units not to mention the great location in the heart of the old town, at times there was a bit of noise but the windows insulated well and being in the middle of the old market it is hard to expect perfect silence. So we really recommend it!!

It was so newly renovated a great shower and lots of space also had netflix for those afternoon siestas which was amazing for my kids

Excelent location, in the center of the old town. The apartment is new and realy confortable. The host leave us some drinks in the fridge.

It is dificult to park the car. It has to be outside the historic center, and it's not easy to find a place, at least in the high season

Stay in city center. Clean, modern, fully equipped.

No view to outside in kitchen. (One small window above eye height - would have view on dilapidated inner courtyard) No living room. City center can be loud (nightlife stopped around midnight) Stairwell dilapidated and frontdoor to street seemed mostly open.

What a wonderful surprise to find this gem in the heart of Old Town Zadar! It honestly is one of the most luxurious apartments! Two bedrooms - each with quality beds, aircon and tv - netflix! Best part is its location - in the heart of the hub, where it’s all happening, day & night! Don’t hesitate for a minute - this is the place you want to stay at to experience luxury whilst exploring Zadar. The view from the bedrooms are looking down over a tight alleyway of people walking looking at shops and restaurants… very entertaining to watch! The paid public Parking is nearby - outside the city walls - enter through Sea Gate. It costs €1,60 per hour. Parking is free from 10pm until 8am. You can pay for max 3hrs at a time. For us it was no problem- we appreciated the convenience of proximity to the car. This apartment is modern and simply a pleasure & spoil to stay at! I highly recommend it and would return in a flash!
