URBAN LUXURY APARTMENT

Location was fabulous - the view was stunning. We managed to get a carpark out the front. A shame we only stayed one night. Very well equipped house. Would stay there again if we ever came to Zadar and would recommend to friends.

Amazing views easy walk to old town , clean and beautifully presented

Location was excellent. The apartment was very well presented and had everything you needed for a stay. It was lovely coming in to the very sleek lines and everything was off the counters and put in the cupboards. The beds were super comfortable. The air conditioning works fantastic. There was a most excellent deck but its not right on the water, it's down the side of the building but the view was fantastic. It was great not being right in the Old town but just a very short walk across the pedestrian bridge to it. It was more relaxing as you weren't subject to all the cruise ship passengers.

There is some maintenance needed on some doors and a new coat of paint on the white walls as there are a lot of marks. The instructions to get to the apartment were a little lacking... it just said 8th floor and you had to walk around to find the correct door, which once found had the name. There was a safe but it did not work and the contact person had no idea how to deal with it. The building is rather interesting... what we would call the old Soviet style... but who needs nice hallways etc. Elevators were super tiny and a bit slow but at least they had them. There was a TON of smoke on our floor. It thankfully did not get into the apartment if you got the door shut really quickly. There was also times with a ton of smoke on the deck from other units. Croatia is a 100% smoking country... I don't think we met one person who did not smoke in 2 and half weeks.

El departamento es grande, muy cómodo, muy bien puesto, limpio y con todo lo que cualquier persona o familia necesita para su estancia en Zadar. La ubicación es excelente, justo fuera de la ciudad vieja cosa que permite llegar en auto y estacionar, pero muy cerca a pié de una de las entradas de la muralla. Está en un piso 8 y tiene un gran balcón terraza desde donde contemplas la bahía. Al bajar hay un mercado para las compras en la misma esquina. Es un departamento que recomendaría con seguridad.

Todo, estaba precioso, tiene buenas vistas, es cómodo, sobre todo 2 baños y estos comodisimos, dejan hasta ambientador , todo un detalle. Las camas perfectas. La ubicación cerca del casco antiguo

Appartement très bien situé avec un balcon qui permet une magnifique vue sur la ville. Extrêmement propre et très bien décoré. Stationnement avec parcomètre sur le rue très facile à trouver.

Tout était conforme à nos attentes
