URBAN LUXURY APARTMENT

A very nice apartment, the owner thought of all the details, very well equipped. With a splendid view !!

Nothing concerning the apartment itself it is perfect, we all appreciated. the only negative point is the elevator in the building which is too small and slow

Easy to access with good parking. apartment is beautifully fitted out and modern. location is terrific for views and access to the old town.

Building is run down and the lift is slow and small. but that did not affect the quality of the apartment or impact our stay.

Spacious, bright, modern and comfortable flat in the heart of Zadar, just across the bridge to the old town. Perfect and quite location with plenty of parking options around (both free and paying), as well as bars, cafes and supermarkets - and a quick access to the harbour for boat tours. Super nice balcony with a view on the old town, fully equipped kitchen, washing mashine and dishwasher. Big wardrobes. Easy check in and out.

Coffee machine was not working, but plenty of cafes downstairs. Smart TV also not working.

Stunning apartment in a great location just over bridge from Zadar. A really easy walk into town to enjoy all it has to offer. Apartment very clean with brilliant facilities and view

Location was perfect and the views excellent. The whole apartment was lovely.

The biggest problem for us was the flat directly below was being renovated and the noise on a daily basis was shocking, which meant although we paid for 'luxury accommodation' we rarely used it in the day, so it wasn't as relaxing a holiday as we had hoped (ruining it actually) none of which was the fault of the owners but very annoying all the same. As well arrived at 00:30 in the morning and all nearby shops were closed, a welcome pack consisting of water, milk, bread, jam etc would have helped.

Great location, loads of space and really clean throughout, could not fault it. View from balcony is fab!
