Widok. Widok jest po prostu piękny. Będziecie za nim tęsknić. Poza tym mieszkanie czyste, wygodne, na duży plus wyposażenie kuchni - oprócz nauczyć sól, przyprawy, olej itp. Dla mnie to duży plus.

Bardzo ale to bardzo dużym minusem jest to że tęskni się za widokiem z balkonu. To jest straszne.
