Spacious, very clean and short distance from city Center. It has all the facilities and a corner shop 2 minutes up the road and a bakery and fruit market at 5 mnts top! I also highly recommend Bolt as taxi rides as provides excellent service and on time for pick ups and drop offs.

No lower windows? A bit dark but ok in general. Bathroom has a leak around the walls and slippery which can be a hazard? Just a thought.

Fully equiped place suitable for both long and short stays.

The shower cabin holds water a bit. That can be improved.

I NEVER MET THE HOST. HIS BROTHER WAS DOING CONSTRUCTION WORK OUTSIDE. THE KEY WAS IN THE DOOR. I STAYED THERE FOR THE 4 DAY DOG SHOW AT ZATAN. I ONLY SLEPT THERE. VERY NOISY UPSTAIRS SATURDAY NIGHT. SOMEONE TURNED THE HOT WATER OFF BUT I CALLED THE HOST. THERE WAS PLENTY OF HOT WATER AFTER THAT. LOTS OF TOWELS. NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BLOCK. RUBBLE SITE OUTSIDE BUT PARKING. NEW KITCHEN WITH A BIG FRIDGE. SHOWER ROOM A BIT SMALL IF YOU ARE LARGE. KITCHEN DESPERATELY NEEDS AN EXTRACTOR FAN. I CLIMBED ON A CHAIR TO OPEN THE SHUTTER WINDOW. THE NEW KITCHEN CUPBOARDS WILL DISINTIGTATE FROM THE HUMIDITY. VERY NICE AND ABOUT 1 MILE FROM ZADAR OLD PORT TOWN AND BARS. STORE JUST UP THE BLOCK FOR FOOD. IDEAL FOR ME AS I WAS ALONE WITH MY DOGS AND BUSY, UNSURE IF YOU WOULD SPEND TIME INSIDE AS A BIT DARK. SMALL HIGH WINDOW THE KITCHEN END THEN A PARTITION WALL WITH A SMALL WINDOW BY THE FRONT. Host was very friendly, we had a spot for a car on the property. The room was clean, comfortable bed. We stayed with a dog with no problem. City center was easily reached by short walk.

Very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for 2 persons. We felt very cosy and good staying in the flat. The walk to the center was not too long, through the park filled with many things to do. We will definitely come back again.

The studio was recently renovated and it looks pretty nice, the furniture and the kitchen appliances are in good condition.

It took us around 40 minutes by foot to reach the historical centre, so it's rather long walk. What you don't see from the pictures is that a second floor of the house is being built. Moreover, the windows are rather tiny and the apartment is on the ground floor, so not much light and sunshine goes in.
