APARTAMENTO 128 ESPINEL

Das Appartment liegt am Ende der Fussgängerzone von Ronda. Die Bäckerei liegt im Nebenhaus. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auto kann im nahen Parkhaus oder in den Nebenstraßen geparkt werden. Der Gastgeber übergab den Schüssel nach vorheriger Verinbarung auf die Minute pünktlich. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Nichts

The apartment was super new, modern in a perfect location (at the beginning of the shopping and restaurant street). But at the same time it was still very quiet at night. The check-in was very smooth as the owner met us and explained everything to us.

Nothing, all was perfect

We had a good stay. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean and quiet, plus beautifully designed.

Parking was difficult, but there were few free spots on small streets nearby. Underground parking very close. In the bedroom there wasn’t an actual window, so the room was totally dark also in the morning without chance to look outside - but that is a minor minus.

The location was very good. At the end of the main shopping street through Ronda, so very nice for an evening stroll. The apartment was lacking in nothing. Modern and very well thought out.

Not really complaints, but two things would have been good. Only one of the 3 tv’s was accessible at the back for a firestick. The ones in the lounge and larger bedroom were fixed static to the wall. Also, as said by others, the light sensor in the hallway is very annoying in the middle of the night when visiting the bathroom.

The apartment is located at the top of the main shopping street so everything is within walking distance but it is also quiet in the evening.

It's clean, thought out and very pleasant. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the main attractions are 10-15 min walk. The place is at the very beginning of the main pedestrian street, so it's not noisy. We were lucky to find a free parking nearby.

The only small issue - bedroom window leads to a closed balcony/utility room with small windows, so getting fresh air would be tricky. Would have preferred self-checkin.
