City Lux Apartment 1- with garage and balcony

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed during the trip! It was only a short 15 minute walk to the old town which was perfect!

We have no complaints at all!

This apartment is nicely located on the 4th floor of the block and has everything you need. There is great wifi, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, sandwich maker and access to various TV entertainment packages. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee as it is South facing. It has a small airer for drying your clothes, which took very little time due to the lovely warm sun. The hosts were very helpful and incredibly accommodating. We asked whether there was an iron in the apartment and literally a few hours later, there was an iron and ironing board at the front door. Our departing flight was in the evening and the hosts let us stay until our taxi pick up time as they didn't have a new guest staying that same day. Not everyone permits this and it was greatly appreciated. This apartment really is well equipped and it's great what the owners have done with the living room / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are so well designed with lots of storage everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here and whilst it is a 10 minute walk to the marina and 15 to the old town, it is conveniently located for various supermarkets, a bakery and Monster Kebab! The area is really quiet which makes it easy to sleep in, if you want / need to.

The apartment is very modern and has been thoughtfully fitted out. There is loads of storage space for a 1 bedroom place. Kitchen facilities were great, dishwasher was a bonus (as was the washing machine though we didn't use it). Fab shower. The place was very clean, and really well soundproofed. Air con was a must and worked well. All in all, we couldn't fault it.

If I was being really picky I would say that the beaches were not particularly close. Our favourite, Borik Beach was about a 40 min brisk walk. That said, we were happy to go on foot in order to walk off the large portions served in all the restaurants. The Old Town (which is lovely) was only about a 20 min walk (straight down the hill). The whole area felt REALLY safe. Theres always BOLT if you need a taxi!

The host was very friendly and i experienced the contact as pleasant. Apartmant was very clean and good looking. Location is also good, 15 minute walk to the old town and a supermarket around the corner.

The apartment was great! The owner met me with the keys when I arrived and had brought a bottle of lemonade as a little gift which was a nice touch and made me feel really welcome. The apartment is clean and cosy and is an easy walk to the old town. Definitely recommend!
