Amazing apartment, with nice decoration and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Lidia is also a very nice host and gave me some recommendations of restaurants to try and even helped me out with finding a place to work on the day after my reservation had ended The apartment is also in a very quiet area and very close to the old town so you can reach it in 5/10 minutes by foot

We did find this Apartment a bit dificult to find as it was in amongst some large Apartment blocks , however the owner, Lidia found us and we then realised we were standing outside it the whole time. The Apartment itself was stylish, fully renovated, plenty of room , comfortable bed, and superby appointed Bathroom etc. Also it contained a Washing Machine which was a nice bonus. The Apartment itself was only a short walk to the old town but in a quiet residential area. The owner, Lidia was lovely and provided some wine and nibbles which was a nice welcoming touch, she is also a fine Ambassador for Zadar.

The location is very near the centre of Zadar and easy to reach by short walk from/to there. The private parking place is only a few meters from the entrance door and that is also extremely convenient. I recommend Ap. Marcel in every aspect and will be glad to return there again.

Every detail was excellent. The hosts should just keep everything as it is.

It was thoughtfully and carefully decorated and furnished and well equipped with everything we needed in a small apartment. We appreciated the extra little touches including the wine and crackers for us (so delicious I searched out many more of them to buy). It was immaculately clean. The small deck was a plus when the weather improved and helpful for drying clothes after washing them in the excellent private washing machine. It was great to have free parking right at our door. It was nice and convenient to be on the first floor after having to climb numerous steps in a lot of the other apartments on our travels to other cities in Croatia. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The apartment is cozy but somewhat small, At first we were disappointed that it seemed further from the central city than we had expected but we soon found that it was a nice walk that didn’t take long at all to get to the tourist area and the water and we appreciated the quiet.

Very nice apartment, extremely clean, lots of treats and our host was very helpful about where to go and what attractions to see. Perfect

The apartment was super clean, quaint but modern, well furnished as well as being quiet and comfortable. Our hostess Lidia greeted us well and also had some snacks and wine waiting for us. Outstanding location just a 10 minute walk to the old city.

The apartment was very cozy and clean, having all the needed facilities near the historic center of Zadar. We liked the small garden where you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The host was very friendly and helpful providing information about the city and recommendations on restaurants and places to visit.

The apartment was great and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Zadar! Lili is an amazing host and maintains the apartment in beautiful condition, plus she is super helpful with recommendations on restaurants, sightseeing, excursions and anything else you could imagine. The apartment is very comfortable and fully furnished to make for a pleasant stay. Also, the location is perfect, a short walking distance to both, the old town and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is very good. Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment has a nice garden. The bed is comfortable. the kitchen is fully equipped. Free parking right in front of the apartment. The host also put a cot for our daughter.

Very slow wifi The space (in the apartment) is pretty tight-we struggled where to put our big suitcase, which of course we need to open. We ended up just putting it on the floor and it is not that nice to walk around it because it is almost blocking the door. Good we only have one suitcase (a family of three). The area by the main entrance smells good with lavender, but unnecessarily strong.
