Super comfortable place to stay. L Spacious with a bit of luxury. Lovely and quiet. The beer on arrival!

The description needs to be changed to include that you need to check in at the Cafe which is under the apartment. We spent a long time looking as this is not obvious. The facilities do NOT include a washing machine, patio/garden or sea view. Would still recommend staying here.

"Luxurious and good location."

Very comfortable bed, felt luxurious. Very spacious apartment for two people and the bathroom is very large. Lovely wide opening window. The location is great if you have a car and parking close to old town is relatively cheap.

It was very warm without the ac and took a while to cool down as the apartment is open plan. My mistake for not turning it on when we went out but the large opening windows was a bonus to help ☺️

"Nice spacious modern friendly"

The very nice host picked us up as we could not find the address at first (drive to parking near restaurant on the right side). Very helpfull. New appartement. Best bed ever! Great spacious bathroom. Clean and new and spacious appartement with large screen TV, coaches and a silent working airco. 10 minute drive to center parking and 12 minutes to airport. Great stay. Absolute value for money.

The location is slightly away from center. But parking in front of appartement and closeness to center and airport makes this a convenient stay for your visit to Split! One tip for the sympathetic owner add a water cooker and some tea coffee and it’s a 10!
