Nicely decorated, loved the terraces out of every room. The owner is very responsive and helpful, when we had something that had to be fixed he cane in no time and fixed it right away. The building from the outside is a bit old and shabby, but clean, quiet and safe, and there's a grocery shop and a great fish store right under the apartment, and in 3 minutes walk you're at the marina and can take a quick boat ride to the old town of Zadar.

The kitchen counter could be cleaner (the rest of the apartment was spotless and shiny clean). There are to little electricity plugs and in strange places... the wifi connection wasn't so good. The third smaller room doesn't have an AC unit.

Well equipped Kitchen, for self catering. Good convenience store very close by. Look out for the little ferry crossing from Old City, considerably reduces the walk.

Not the easiest of accesses to apartment- code to get into apartment block and code for apartment door. Would benefit someone greeting you.
