Everything was perfect. The apartament was really comfortable, clean and spacious. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Mario is very helpful and friendly. If we decide to come back Zadar, for sure to this apartment.

"Amazing place to stay in Zadar"

Amazing location, only 4 minutes walk to the beach, close to a good place to breakfast and dine with a beautiful sunset. The owner Mario is a very friendly and welcoming host. He offered to pick us up from the airport and bring us back to the apartment. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed staying in Family Apartment Zadar.

Great place to relax. The apartments are very clean and bright, there is everything you need for life. Close to the sea with a very clean beach. The owner Mario was very kind to us, helped with all questions and was always in touch. Getting to know Zadar was at the highest level. Thanks to Mario and his wife.

"Lovely apartment."

Very clean, close to beach and supermarket. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was a godsend.

I know it states laundry was extra cost however I would have preferred a washing machine in the apartment and it would have been perfect.

"Perfect place to visit with family and friends"

This place is next to the beach which is very convinient to go for a swin and relax, there are few nice cafe to chill and have some ice cold beers during the day. Mario is an amazing host and he is available when needed, his property is amazing and I loved the place and location of the property. Mario also arranged for us a sunset sailing tour in a sailing boat personalised for me and my wife which was one of the most amazing and satisfactory things we did during our trip, that too in a fair price. I would highly recommend people who are looking for a comfortable and relaxed stay with wuick access to a nice beach and restaurants.

It is close to the beach and Mario ofcourse is an amazing host
