"WARNING: WE WERE LEFT WITHOUT A KEY [LATE AT NIGHT] AND HOST WOULDN'T ANSWER OUR CALLS!! BEWARE"

The host didn't provide us with the key code for the lock safe so my family including two young children were left out side scared in pouring rain late at night. The host didn't answer any of our calls, it was a horrible experience AND VERY SCARY, we don't want this to happen to others. The key code was finally provided at midnight the following day by host. The host wouldn't offer any compensation for the stress they caused and Booking.com didn't take any responsibility either and offers £16 which was an insult to the experience we had to endure.

"Prime location, good value if you are looking for basic accommodations"

Fantastic location in the heart of Zadar. Very close to the waterfront, sea organ, etc. Good value overall.

Facilities were basic. Could use renovation and aesthetic improvements.

Excellent central location in the city. Parking is also close by which is great when you need to top up parking. The host Mara is also a great communicator and very friendly. Apartment was also clean and tidy would highly recommend
