Harbour Apartment sea view

Great location, easy walk to old town and mall for groceries. Nicely remodeled. Parking adjacent to the building.

The unit itself is lovely, clean and spacious. The exterior of the building is very off-putting. Rundown, poor lighting, graffiti covered. Not a great first impression of safety, though once we adjusted to it we never had any negative experiences in that regard.

The apartment is very spacious, spotless and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful space.

The exterior of the apartment is very rundown. The pass to the entrance of the block is made of concrete but very hazardous and you have to watch out for your steps. The apartment is located on the 4th floor but there is no escalator or lift so you have to be reasonably fit. The carpark was supposed to be included but when we met a caretaker. we were told that the previous tenant lost the parking card so we had to pay for the carpark. We did not mind it as it was not that expensive but it would have been nice if the owner told us in advance considering we asked about the car park numerous times in the message.

Flat is really nice, the bed is very comfortable and the shutters definitely allow to sleep without any disturbance by the light from outside. Location is also good,24h bakery and grocery stores are nearby and the city center is also not far

Check-in was a bit lengthy, would be better to just have it done as contactless, the infrastructure for it is in place. Also the information, that the keycard is required to leave the parking would have been useful, we nearly wouldn't have been able to leave after checkout. Also some small things were missing, such as coffee capsules or some herbs / oil for cooking

Clean, modern, convenient

Amazing apartment. We actually found ourself chilling in the apartment and wanting to be in it. That's how good the apartment was and facilities were perfect. Location was great. Great communication from hosts. All in all, the best apartment we've rented.

Fabulous apartment in a great location 10 minute walk from everywhere you will want to see, plus 10 minute walk to supermarket, bus station and beach, it is perfect. We had great communication from our hosts. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone considering Zadar for their vacation and we would definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful Zadar.
