The owner was very friendly and approachable for any touristy questions. The place felt just about right for 2 adults and 2 kids.. but we were literally using the space to sleep and shower.. so worked fine.

If I were to be really choosy, then I would say - there was no microwave... I would suggest to check with the owner before hand incase you wish to pack some microwavable snacks for little tummies...

Exceptional value for money! I do recommend paying attention to which room you are booking to ensure you get what you are expecting. I stayed in the studio apartment for a week and it had everything a person would need for a very fair price. Below is a more detailed description: Arrival: As this is not a hotel, there is no reception but upon arrival, I just called the host and was let inside. Kitchen: The kitchen has a surprisingly large selection of cookware, dishes, and utensils. The fridge is very cold with a small freezer department. The kitchen also contains a laundry machine. The counter space is limited by the staircase which might make it harder for a tall person, but for a small kitchen, it was more than functional. Bedroom/Living space: The living space is nicely furnished with all the basic appliances needed. The bed is large, the pillows are great and the closet is very spacey. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room at the desired temperature. The space is on the ground floor which causes slight humidity, but it was not very bothersome. The room also gets quite little daylight. Bathroom: The bathroom is very compact but has all the necessities. Towels were provided, the shower worked fine and the water temperature was easily controlled. Location: The premises had parking space for cars and the neighborhood was very peaceful. A grocery store is very nearby and the beach is within walking distance. The old town is a bit further away but I'm sure y'all look at the map before you book a place so it shouldn't be a surprise. Overall everything was very fair and functional for less than 30e per night..
