Pool house LUKA

The appartment and pool were great! The windows have mosquitoscreens, very nice. The accommodation only has 3 appartments, so it is very quiet, most times I had the pool for myself! Poolwater very nice and shade and sun to choose. Good poolbeds. Friendly hosts (parents of the owner live above). Big supermarket at 200m. Walk to old town 15-20 minutes (or use UBER). Central busstation accross the road. Great clean appartment with everything you need. The owners let me stay in the pool area after my stay, very nice. Photos are correct.

Really nothing bad to say.

Location, location was perfect. Stayed in apartment no 1, which was ground level and right beside the pool. 20 minutes walk to old town. Lovely and peaceful. I loved it, highly recommended it.

A very clean property. Close to all amenities such as a supermarket, bus station and restaurant and the beach and old town were in walking distance. Nicely maintained pool.

Nothing, it was all great.

The owners were more helpful and nice than anyone I have ever met. The room was new and very clean and had everything you need. I am very impressed and will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay at Pool House Luka. Super lovely family run Guesthouse, grounds were pristine and of course great pool. Proximity to beach also excellent.

Absolutely nothing

We had a fantastic stay at LUKA. The apartments were exceptionally clean and comfortable with all useful amenities. The location was just perfect for us with a short walking distance to the beach, town centre and the main bus station. The host Marija and her parents were very kind and helpful. We loved everything, especially our afternoons spent by the pool. We will be definitely coming back :)

Not a complaint, we would just like something to dry the bathroom floor. And a nice attention would be some option for making coffee.

We returned to a different department in apartment three and it was equally nice. note however the apartment two has a smart TV and therefore the option on Netflix etc if you have an account, but apartment three has Standard tv, the owners Were very kind and let us store our bags when we had to check out awhile before our trip back to the airport, the apartment is so well situated close to the beach ,supermarket ,bus station and the excellent Kuzina restaurant only 200 m away. the pool is lovely and heated has plenty of some lounges we had it to ourselves for the whole time we were there. We will highly recommend this to friends and family.

It would be good to have a toaster or a grill in the property

The apartments are lovely, clean and smart . The pool space very nice too . Really convenient for beach , bus station( if going to Plitvice for example ) , next to a large supermarket and a 15-20 min walk to the old town. Great restaurant Kuzina 200 m away,Very well kept grounds . A little oasis from the hustle and bustle

The sofa angle in appt 2 makes tv viewing a little uncomfortable. A foot stool would be a good addition , maybe thicker cushions for the sunbeds , but we loved it so these are not complaints and we are going back soon.
