I had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights and Mr. Daniel was so helpful and supportive to any inquiries I had. The apartment was easy to locate, clean and very pleasant to stay at. Quiet neighbourhood and very well maintained! I will be coming back for sure! 10/10!

Great place!

Good location in a quiet area of Zadar within walking distance of beaches and a park.

When it is very hot, the bedroom can be a bit warm since there is only one AC unit in the living room which also makes quite some noise. The rooms are quite large, but there is not enough storage space and there are no hooks to hang anything. The kitchen is functional, but very basic.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, there was everything you may need (including iron and ironing board, clotheshorse, sweeper, air conditioning). The room and the bathroom were very clean and convenient. Outdoor terrace was also available. Beautiful garden with olive trees which give cover from the sun. Sea is just around the corner and perfect distance from the old town for an evening/night walk.

Very kind and helpful hosts. They were happy to answer any questions. They have a wonderful dog and lots of turtles in the garden. Thanks to them, I fulfilled my small dream of seeing a turtle in Croatia. During our stay, the hosts gave us delicious jam, and for the journey back, bottles of olive oil. Any inconveniences were quickly resolved. I highly recommend staying at this place.

This is a subjective feeling, but the mattress was too hard for me, and it was difficult to get used to it. The Wi-Fi could be better.

We arrived about a couple of hours early, but we were still able to check in because our apartment was ready. The apartment was very clean with a new bathroom, which I appreciate very much. Equipped with kitchen utensils, so you can even cook. Parking is possible directly in the yard which is very nice. Nearby is the Konzum shop, where you can buy everything you need, and the apartment is located near the promenade, which takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Zadar. By walking for about 5 minutes you can reach Punta Bajlo beach.

Close to Old Town! Parking right in front of the building! Cool patio! And very nearby a beautiful park right on the Adriatic!

It could use more electrical outlets.
