Personál sa nám ospravedlnil za nepríjemnosti a dostali sme malú pozornosť

Mali sme apartmán na prízemí, ktorý sa evidentne nepoužíva často, bolo tam cítiť vlhkosť, klíma nebola dezinfikovana, čiže radšej sme je nepoužívali

Overall it was a great place, but the best part was the outside area with the pool and the children's playground. Our kids loved it and it created some time and space for me and my wife to not need to take care of the kids all the time.

The host made sure that we felt very comfortable during our stay and that we didn't miss anything, he was very willing to give advice and help when we needed something. He was very accommodating and tried to fulfill our every real wish. The host gave us vegetables and fruits that he grew in his garden, it was very nice.

All was OK. We do not have any negative comments.
