The flat is nice, relatively large and comfy, even though the block looks abandoned on the outside, it is renovated and relatively modern inside. Billa supermarket in front very useful, as well as nice pub.

The owner was problematic and communication was difficult. I initially informed her during the day of our approximate arrival time, no reply. When we arrived and tried to call, again no reply, so we decided to sit down on the bench in the park and wait. After 20 minutes she called very annoyed that she had been waiting for us in front of Billa, that she cannot call me or send me the check-in instructions on whatsapp and that she is in a hurry. We went straight away to meet her and were welcomed in a rude way, as if she had been wasting her time waiting for us. She said that my phone does not work, that i don't have whatsapp (not true) and that she is not meant to meet us, that we are supposed to receive the checkin instructions and checkin on our own. She gave us the keys, showed us the flat while being pissed and asking non-stop why I am not answering the phone or on whatsapp. She then left without saying goodbye. I got her messages on whatsapp later in the evening, but no missed calls. In general did not feel welcome at all. If she wants to do self-checkin, I recommend she sends the instructions a day or two in advance and makes sure the guests have received and understood them. If she wants to give the keys herself, I recommend she behaves better with the guests.
