Sandev Apartments Kolorit

Only when we arrived, we've been told the apartment we've booked is occupied (this apartment) so we got a different apartment (called smth like "Sandev black&white"). I guess host thought it's fine not telling us in advance since the second apartment is supposedly more luxurious and even more expensive (we didn't have to pay more ofc). We liked more this apartment design however. ***So, note that this review is on the "black and white" apartment*** The place is very stylish. Sofa and bed are very comfortable, everything was spotless clean. The balcony was very nice (11th floor). Host was extremely nice and kind the whole way.

- Although the flat has both washer and dryer, it did not have any degenerate for the washing machine (when I asked the host about it, immediately they came and brought us) - Kitchen for nicely equipped but didn't have oil or spices. - At night, even with all the windows closed, we could hear the bass from the clubs, and in 07:30 in the morning got woken up by children running noise from the flat above. Personally, we didn't look for smth fancy. It was a weekend and this apartment was the only available nornal option in Stip. We enjoyed it, but If you ask me, it was crazy expensive. It's Stip, not Prague.

Everything was ok. Good value for money. Safe parking.

A bit of noise from the club in the vicinity but that is a city problem. Solved with closing of the window.

New building, new apartament, very clean, good location, hospitable owners!
