Un appartement parfait pour un séjour entre amies au marché de Noël ! La propriétaire est très sympathique disponible et l'appartement est tout simplement parfait. Agréablement meublé, tout confort, avec plein de petites attentions et cadeaux. Une belle terrasse équipée. A deux pas de la gare et des arrêts de bus pour des déplacements faciles.

We had a wonderful stay at Ute’s cozy apartment in Aachen. The host's thoughtful touches really stood out, from the lots of cute, decorative details to the fully stocked fridge with wine and beer. The Wi-Fi was quick and responsive, which was a huge plus. It’s an ideal spot for pet owners thanks to the fenced-in backyard and easy ground-floor access, and the location is perfect—only 3 minutes from the train station and bus stops, plus a great pizza place right at the end of the street. While there is no oven, the kitchen is well-stocked with coffee, tea, spices, condiments, and an air fryer, providing everything you need to make a meal alongside the stovetop and microwave. Though the surrounding neighborhood could be a bit cleaner, the apartment itself was spotless and very well-equipped. Easy check-in. Highly recommend! Ute was very responsive and helped answer any questions. Would stay again if ever in the area! Thanks Ute!

The road construction outside the apartment (but not taking away anything from the apartment), and street parking was hard to find, even in the early morning.

Einrichtung mit persönlicher Note, umfangreiche Ausstattung inkl. kostenlose Getränke, zahlreiche Toilettenartikel (sogar Q-Tips, Wattepads u.v.m.), herzliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin.

Parkplatzverfügbarkeit ( auch bedingt durch die Bauarbeiten am Reichsweg), wir hatten abends sogar Schwierigkeiten einen Parkplatz in der Bezahlzone zu finden.

The place was very good located, few steps from West Aachen station, the owner was very friendly and the place was very clean and cozy, it included everything what we needed and more. The price also was very good considering the size and amenities.

We had a lovely stay at Chez Coco Apartments. The property truly excels as a dog-friendly accommodation; we especially appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a bowl and treats for our pet. The apartment was well-equipped with everything necessary for our stay. The host, Ute, was lovely too! The private garden is a great feature and is a wonderful addition especially during the spring and summer months, we didn't have the best weather to enjoy it to the fullest. The location is ideal, offering very easy access to Aachen town centre and a convenient drive for day trips to Cologne. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it!

Finding a free street parking spot was occasionally challenging as it quite a busy street and parking spots are in demand, however, we always managed to find something after a few minutes (there is also plenty of paid/metered parking in the surrounding area which was quite reasonable).
