We love the quite location, a little bit far from the center but its okay. Its near groceries store and local restaurant near by with reasonable prices. The land lady also very nice, she provides a lot of snacks and drinks for us, very generous.

Its a little bit too small for families

A comfortable place to sleep and stay for a group of friends. Sofa bed was a great choice and a nice garden view outside. Free drinks and snacks as complimentary is also a good idea. Thank you very much

Welcoming host who lives on the same building. Secure, safe. Apartment is on the ground floor within the main building. Kitchenette. Separate bedroom. Reasonable amount of space in living and bedroom areas. Small bathroom. Access to garden and outdoor seating, with a garden view. Warm (it’s winter). Other than the worry about parking we were extremely happy with the apartment and the lovely helpful host. Even with paying for parking this is apartment is good value.

Being within the city area of Aachen parking is problematic. This has been partially solved by putting in paid parking €8 per day. But still getting parking near apartment building is still problematic. We were pleased to get parking near our building in the 3 days we were in Aachen. There is free parking about 100mts away.

The owner had thought of everything and there were lots of nice touches when we arrived. The owner was able to let us get into the accommodation a littler earlier to suit our travel arrangements

Everything! A really great apartment very near the centre of Aachen which was absolutely stunning

No complaints

The apartment itself was a very pleasant surprise. Ground floor with direct garden connection. We sat outside in the garden and our dinner there while our dog was running around and enjoying himself. I did not expect that, so was pleasantly surprised. Host provided us with a huge range of goodies in the fridge and in the cupboard.

We were lucky with the parking because found a space close to the property but it is a busy neighbourhood. Could have been worse.

Comfortable, clean, met all our needs for a short 2-night stay. Transport connections into the city were excellent. Ute was a very welcoming and informative host. Plenty of eating opportunities within walking distance - mainly Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, which we liked.

We were very fortunate to get a parking spot right outside the apartment. On another day, we would probably not have been so lucky. And the city council have recently introduced a charge for parking there.

Great use of space, the garden is great if you’re travelling in the summer. The host is very kind and helpful (if you’re reading this, a special thank you to you :D). There’s some free drinks in the fridge along with basic stuff like coffee and tea. She also let us keep our bags after checkout. Would visit again :)

Great location, very clean apartment and very welcoming.

No drying rack for wet clothes but not a big problem. Everything else was fine.
