Breakfast not included but a lot of restaurants near by walking distance.

The full bathroom needs some attention, shower curtain was too short and missing clips because of which water would spill over and make it slippery, not safe with little children. May be few dirhams will make difference.

Clean, organized . The owner was communicating with me in a timely manner and answered all my questions . I highly recommend this property and will definitely go back for another time.

The place was dirty , the bedding and pillows smelled foul, the shower was not functional as it leaked, as such my daughter who has long hair didn’t wash her hair the whole time we were there as the shower let out a dribble of water. The location was opposite a very noisy building site which kept us awake. The single air con unit didn’t work . Extremely disappointed with this appalling place
