City Inn Riga Apartment, Barons promenade with parking

needs some minor things to be fixed and a little more attention to detail

The location was alright, approx. 20 minutes to the old town. The bedroom was nice and comfortable too.

The bathroom was under complete construction which we weren't aware of when booking. After the booking the owner told us they had only to 'take down some piles' which in my opinion is not true to the situation. Additionally, the bathroom door didn't close at all and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was poorly facilitated and was lacking for example glasses, a bottle opener, a toaster... Also, it's extremely loud inside due to the main street and the tram right in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, we came back to the apartment quite late and only saw the many flaws in the evening. Otherwise, we would hve for sure asked for a compensation. I have been staying in quite a lot of accommodations with similar pricing and I can say that it is extremely overpriced for a very low value. I don't recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was clean and location close to the Old Town.

Poor communication with the owner. I sent three emails asking for a toaster which we couldn't find in the apartment, athough it was written in the description. I never got an answer. Bathrobes don't exist in the apartment.
